Real stories
Four real jobs, told in plain words. Fling a card away — or let the deck turn by itself — to read the next one.
A big two-story out in East Shelby County, with actual hail damage — sitting on a big open field.
A home in Cordova, owned by a California investor. I actually service a lot of investors — good network — and he wanted someone he could trust.
We got the roof approved and installed. Two years later, he had me come back to install insulation in the attic.
A chocolate-brick house in Raleigh with a tree in the yard and storm damage. The homeowner called my agent — though he wasn't her agent anymore — and explained she'd been turned down. Cody recommended me, and she called.
The photos show the tarps on, and later off. I met the adjuster: he determined discounted shingles but said he couldn't remove the tarps. I told him we'd do it tomorrow, but he wrote it up and they denied her a second time.
So I had her call and say “come out and see” — without the tarps on. They approved her roof.
Go figure — this one was in Bartlett, TN. The photos show the guy on the roof, my sign in the yard and two inspectors. It came on the back of an investor who owns a rental in Collierville; his son, also an investor, recommended me. He had 150 shingles missing on a 20-year-old 3-tab roof.
The inspectors, from Hancock, turned it down — ridiculous. So I did my routine: sent in a shingle to prove it was discontinued and non-repairable, even made a video, and got full replacement approved — plus an upgraded Titan architectural shingle.
